Public Programme

“Coastal Creations”: David will create a body of work (sketching, painting, sculpture, ceramics, photography, digital) inspired by being on the coast. Sharing his research and process, delivering creative workshops to engage the community and inform him further. Exciting to spark conversations to lead me down new paths. eg. Design wallpaper inspired by digitally manipulating sand patterns on the beach. Taking plaster casts of sand patterns. Creating paintings using grass from the dunes.

– Workshops for up to 10 people (2hrs/week) starting mid February
– BiMonthly exhibition open to the public with talk and demonstration.
– Continue to build network and liaise with community groups to make use of my qualifications and skills to lead activities in social care ( determine if environment could be set up to deliver creative workshops ).
– Hold artist socials once a month
– Give portfolio review session once a month
