Join us! We are looking for a Fundraising Manager (part time)

ABOUT THE JOB:

Salary £30,000 pro rata
Part time 2.5 days per week (£15,000)
A one year contract with the view to extend and increase hours.
Remote working

An exciting new role at Hypha Studios, for an experienced Fundraiser that wants to build and implement strategies from the ground up.The ideal candidate will have existing relationships with contacts at Trusts & Foundations, Corporate Sponsorship opportunities and Individual Donors.

We are looking for someone that will have proven experience in:

Writing applications for grants from Trusts & Foundations and bids for government / ESG funds.
Implementing a new Patrons Programme. Securing the long-term support of individuals and creating a community of donors around Hypha Studios’ work. The programme would include private studio visits, artists talks and invitations to events at Hypha Studios’ project spaces.
Seek corporate sponsorship to support our projects and charitable purposes.
Networking and profile raising.
Developing campaigns for support.
Grant impact reporting and maintaining donor relationships.
Creating a database and record of supporters and prospects.
Meeting agreed fundraising targets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
You will be an energetic and results driven individual with highly developed communication and organisational skills and demonstrable fundraising experience. You will be keen to continue to develop your fundraising knowledge and experience in a supportive and forward thinking organisation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Fundraising Manager is responsible for securing funding for all projects and core costs for the organisation. This is primarily done through obtaining and maintaining grants from Trusts and Foundations, with the opportunity to build upon corporate funding, fundraising initiatives and individual giving. They are responsible for the identification, cultivation and solicitation of grants, managing the relationships with existing funders alongside the CEO, and Trustees, and ensuring that reporting is done by working closely with the Lead Curator & Artist Manager.
