The group of artists has outstanding achievements in their field exhibiting in the UK, USA, Europe and Asia. The artists are recognised as exceptional voices with their practices; with Katrina Cowling awarded with Kenneth Armitage Fellowship and was featured in the exhibition Generations of Women in Sculpture in Britain 1960–2022, Georgia Kerr receiving the Sue Jamieson Memorial Award, Dolly Kershaw being a visiting lecturer at University of Leeds and Linda Zagidulina awarded an ACE grant for her project engaging the general public. Currently, Katrina and Georgia are continuing their education at the Royal Academy Schools.

This group show gathers four female artists who work in sculpture, performance, video, drawing, and installation. The exhibition will be presenting sculptural works that respond to bodily shapeshifting and experiences of everyday contractions and the difficulties of navigating them. Spanning fragility, care, metamorphosis and an interplay between language and abstracted form, the artworks are drawn from the artists’ everyday urban experiences. Additionally, some artists will be presenting performances.
