Hypha Studios revitalises local high streets and engages local communities by repurposing vacant properties, reducing costs for landlords, and delivering positive social impact. Landlords work with us because our public programme, led by creatives, drives footfall to support existing businesses, whilst reducing management, security, and insurance costs.

Our unique model, supported by local authorities, provides free spaces for creatives, fostering their growth and establishing their future. We handle all aspects of these relationships. We offer both short and long-term solutions, tailoring projects to suit your needs. For short-term sites we curate specialist art projects. For long-term sites we find creatives to use the space as a more permanent studio space.

Our Trustees will decide which projects get matched with each space.
For every placement we invite a local cultural institution to be part
of the selection committee to ensure the selected candidate is most beneficial
& interesting to the local community.
