We are committed to drive positive social impact and change within our local communities utilising vacant properties. Landlords work with us because our public programme, led by creatives we discover and manage, helps generate new footfall to support existing businesses, whilst reducing management, security and insurance costs.
Our model is unique and we work with the support of local authorities and property owners to serve those most in need, providing the space to local creatives totally for free to support them to establish their future.
For short term solutions we curate specialist art projects that work with your space and local community. For long term solutions we find artists or creatives that use the space as a more permanent studio or incubation space for a creative start up to find their feet, perhaps ending up as a paying tenant.
