24/7 is an amalgamation of seven women artists exploring the openness and confinement within coexistence and ownership. This exhibition sits timely within the socio-political climate of today’s world, as we witness the varying changes that resound landscapes, borders, governance (or lack thereof), and access. As the name suggests, this exhibition serves as a mirror to artists’ continuous thought processes and the endless nature of repurposing to explore new narratives.

In their various pieces, the artists are taking inspiration from the discarded, undertaking material explorations and referencing past lives. These emotive, and energetically charged works embody an uneasy resolution for the challenges we face together. Hailing from the Royal College of Art: Caroline Chouler-Tissier, Caz Hildebrand, Dovile Grigaliunaite, Mils Brigewater, Natasha Fontenelle, Phillipa Silcock, and Rosie Stonham present works in ceramics, glass, multimedia and performance assemblages. In unison of this incredible partnership, the exhibition is curated by fellow RCA alumni and co-founder of 3rd Wrld, Zarna Hart.

WHAT NOT TO MISS: In the exhibition’s 5-week duration, Natasha Fontenelle will be taking up residency in the space with RESIDENCY 7 – Painting and Performance, where she will be actively immersing herself in discarded fabric and materials, and crafting an exclusive live work– she invites public collaboration, participation, donation and documentation.
