We are looking for groups that are looking for rehearsal or making space – or even exhibiting space! On an initial 3 month basis but with the potential to be ongoing.

19,000 sq ft.

The site will be awarded to you for free – in return you will organise some public-facing events as part of your occupation. This could be workshops, talks or anything which supports your creative practices, but these spaces are less public facing than our other shop fronts, so there will be less public engagement.

PLEASE NOTE: 

We will prioritise those that cannot afford exhibition or studio space & we are committed to supporting creatives & communities most in need.

The space should be used a minimum of two days a week during your awarded period, with public opening hours to be agreed in advance.
