Free studios: Southwark Bridge Rd

8 x free large studio spaces, for a year from May 2026

There are 8 studios that range from 16sqm to 36 sqm. 

Open to collectives based in London only – minimum of 8 people required, but ideally more than that share the studios. We are looking for a collective of 8 or more artists that want free studio spaces for a year. 

The studios will also have access to a kitchenette, large photography studio, and your group might also be considered to do a group show in the galleries next door. The site will be ready by late April 2026. These images are pre works or AI generated, so subject to change.

PLEASE NOTE:
The site will be awarded to you for free & in return you will organise some public-facing events alongside your occupation – these could be workshops, talks or anything which supports your creative practices.

We will prioritise those that cannot afford exhibition or studio space & we are committed to supporting creatives & communities most in need. The studios should be used a minimum of three days a week
