To occupy immediately on an initial 6 month basis, with the potential to extend long term, subject to review.

We are looking for multiple large groups looking for free studio or project spaces. We welcome organisations & groups who are keen to work collaboratively alongside other groups in the building.

The space will be shared between three groups and we will consider suitability of each floor for different selected artists or collectives.

The site will be awarded to you for free & in return you will organise some public-facing events alongside your use – these could be workshops, talks or anything which supports your creative practices.

PLEASE NOTE:
We will prioritise those that cannot afford exhibition or studio space & we are committed to supporting creatives & communities most in need.

The space should be used a minimum of three days a week during your awarded period depending on the type of use.
