FREE project space for a group of creatives, ashford, kent

We are looking for a group of performers (artists, musicians, actors) that are looking for free making space or rehearsal or performance space, on an initial 6 month basis, with the potential to extend, subject to review.
*We will not accept applications from individual artists*

100 Europa Park in Ashford is a modern two storey open plan building with lots of parking spaces:

Ground floor is 6,054 sq ft
1st floor is 6,048 sq ft
Totalling 12,345 sq ft

You should apply representing a group of creatives or be a part of collective of self-organising creatives.

This is predominately rehearsal or making space, which will be used for free – however in return you will organise a couple of public-facing events as part of your occupation. This could be a workshop, talk or anything which supports your creative practice.

PLEASE NOTE

We will prioritise those that cannot normally afford studio or exhibition space, and believe that this opportunity might help them reach the next stage of their career.

We would want this unit to be used at a minimum of 3 days a week (ideally more, and hours to be agreed in advance). We will not accept a group that has anyone that already has studio space elsewhere.

You will also be expected to pay a deposit and have your own Public Liability Insurance.
