We want to allocate one floor per group of this 20,000 sq ft office block.

There are 4 floors which are each approximately 3,000 sq ft. We will need to understand how you will fully use the space. 1 large group could take the whole property or we would put one group on each floor. Use is subject to reviews every 3 months to ensure the space is being used properly.

The site will be used for free – in return you might want to organise some public- facing events as part of your occupation. This could be workshops, talks or anything which supports your creative practices.

We will prioritise those that cannot afford exhibition or studio space. We are committed to supporting creatives and communities most in need & will prioritise creatives who declare they are struggling – whether financially, mentally or physically.

You will be expected to pay a deposit, have your own Public Liability Insurance, buy the necessary fire extinguishers and have any electrical items PAT tested.
