We are looking for large groups of creatives or non profit art organisations
Including but not only – art, theatre, performance groups, film makers, architects – open to all
This could be an open studio, used for a specific project or anything which supports your creative practices. There are also exhibition opportunities if you are successful.

This is our largest site to date.It will be used for free – in return you will use the space fully & organise some public- facing events as part of your occupation. This could be a workshop, talk, performance or anything which supports your creative practices. We will only accept applications from groups of creatives, or you can apply as a group, with other groups in mind if you would like to share the space with others.

This is an open plan site and the space is taken as seen, and must be left in the same condition.
There are lockers for valuables and 24 hour access. This unit is fully accessible and has toilets, and has lifts for access and to move work/materials in and out of the space

Due to the size of the space. We will only accept applications from groups of creatives, or you can apply as a group, with other groups in mind if you would like to share the space with others.

PLEASE NOTE
We would want these units to be open at a minimum 2 days a week (ideally more, and hours to be agreed in advance).
This opportunity is open to artists that can easily access the space, so living within London.
We will prioritise those that cannot normally afford project space, or have lost their own site due to the cost of living crisis/ funding being withdrawn.
We are committed to supporting creatives & communities most in need & will prioritise creatives who declare they are struggling – whether financially, mentally or physically.
