We are looking for large groups of creatives or non profit art organisations
Including but not only – art, theatre, performance groups, film makers, architects – open to all
This could be an open studio, used for a specific project or anything which supports your creative practices.

This is one of our largest sites to date.It will be used for free – in return you will use the space fully & organise some public- facing events as part of your occupation. This could be a workshop, talk, performance or anything which supports your creative practices. We will only accept applications from groups of creatives, or you can apply as a group, with other groups in mind if you would like to share the space with others.

This is an open plan site and the space is taken as seen, and must be left in the same condition.

PLEASE NOTE
We would want this units to be used at a minimum 2 days a week (ideally more, and hours to be agreed in advance).
This opportunity is open to artists that can easily access the space.
We will prioritise those that cannot normally afford project space, or have lost their own site due to the cost of living crisis/ funding being withdrawn.
We are committed to supporting creatives & communities most in need & will prioritise creatives who declare they are struggling – whether financially, mentally or physically.
