We are looking for three groups of artists, actors, performers, musicians or dancers that are looking for free studio space, on an initial 6 month basis, with the potential to extend long term, subject to review.
*We will not accept applications from individual artists*

Two Walter Burke Way is a modern three storey open plan building with 96 parking spaces:

**Ground floor (8,403 sq ft) comprises refreshment area, large open plan offices, partitioned meeting rooms and technical areas
**First floor (8,380 sq ft) is open plan with two small offices and larger meeting room
**Second floor (8,380 sq ft) has been recently refurbished with a similar fitout to the first floor together with a breakout/kitchen area

You should apply representing a group of creatives or be a part of collective of self-organising creatives.
We are looking for 3 groups – one to take each floor.

This is predominately rehearsal or making space, which will be used for free – however in return you will organise a couple of public facing events as part of your occupation. This could be a workshop, talk or anything which supports your creative practice.

PLEASE NOTE

We will prioritise those that cannot normally afford studio or rehearsal space, and believe that this opportunity might help them reach the next stage of their career.
We would want this unit to be used at a minimum of 3 days a week (ideally more, and hours to be agreed in advance). We will not accept a group that has anyone that already has studio space elsewhere.
You will also be expected to pay a deposit, have your own Public Liability Insurance.
