Flying Chairs Theatre

Flying Chairs are a Bristol-based theatre company that formed in 2019, who are currently looking to produce a wide variety of theatre productions in and around Bristol They share the former Farm Fresh in Broadwalk Shopping Centre, Knowle Bristol with Owl on the Roof theatre company.

Public Programme

Flying Chairs produced their first original show ‘A Series of Short Plays’ in 2019 and are presently working on their upcoming production of Jez Butterworth’s Mojo. They will be using the space to rehearse their upcoming production and devise original work. After their next production, the company are looking to branch out and explore other forms of theatre including improv and absurdism.
They host Open Rehearsal Tea and Coffee Mornings every Sunday and a Youth Theatre programme in which they run trauma-informed drama workshops for young people in South Bristol. Additionally, they perform their fully improvised show ‘Improv and Chill’ as well as working on their shows ‘Dead End Jobs’.
