We are looking for collectives artists to use the site as studio space.
The approx. 1,100 square metre space is located on the Ground Floor of an office building with access to 10 free parking spaces. It is close to Edinburgh Park Central & Gyle Centre tram stops.

The space can be used during the following hours:
6.30am – 9.30pm Monday – Friday, Concierge on desk 8am – 5pm

Due to the shared nature, we cannot offer it to performance or music groups. If artist use it for their painting practice we need to ensure that walls and floors are protected. 

The site will be awarded to you for free & in return you will organise some public-facing events alongside your use – these could be workshops, talks or anything which supports your creative practices.

PLEASE NOTE:
We will prioritise those that cannot afford exhibition or studio space & we are committed to supporting creatives & communities most in need.

The space should be used a minimum of four days a week during your awarded period, with public opening hours/ invigilation rotas to be agreed in advance
